Medium ruby, garnet with a wide garnet rim . Quite discreet no the nose with dried herbs and red cherries , touch of smoky raspberry and strawberry . On the palate ripe red fruits , with a hint of spice from the oak , dried herbs and a hint of black tea . Good balanced , fresh acidity and fine tannin , with balanced alcohol and a medium length finish . Drink now and over the next 4-6 years. Qualitatively, this is at the level of the 2019 I tried recently , and is in its peak drinking window .
