Jun 24th, 20182015. Smoky earthy nose, like sniffing a glass of mezcal. This opens up into cassis, dried cranberries and damp soil. Dried fruit, salt, cured pork flavors, nice acid to tannin balance. Would probably put down for another year or more to soften.
