1999 vintage. Wow. Still a surprising amount of candied cherry dancing amidst a fairly plush finish. Top of the bell curve right now and feel like it could sustain that for the better part of a decade. Phenomenal.

A very satisfying brunello but i think they are getting to the end of the plateau here. Lots of herbal/balsam notes little fruit left. Happy to have opened this before it starts to go downhill

Modern and sleek, fruit forward style. Oak aromas, cherry, raisiny, mocha and floral aromas. Flavors are stewed fruit, cherry liqueur, mesquite wood. Tannins well integrate but robust. It is what it is at this point.
