Nice Italian Chard from Umbria.

Цвет лимонный, полный. Аромат леденцовый, яркий, даже чуть броский. Дюшес, карамель Театральная, не очень длинный. Вкус леденцовый, яблочный, цитрусовый. Чистый, но очень откровенный. Дуб очень элегантный, почти незаметный.

Good Italian chard for the price. Pleasant light buttery taste and nice mouthfeel. Lemon on the finish. Light oak. Refreshing. Decent acid. Menu says 2011, but I didn't see bottle.
