Raisins Gaulois Gamay

Bright acidity, bright fruit... bright wine with an earthy touch at the finish. Made my day.

Finally stumbled upon a bottle of this classic. Fun juicy carbonic bubblegum Gamay but it’s got some depth to it as well. I’m getting some nice aromatic citrus rind and a touch of ripe earth. Palate is super clean, great acid keeps my mouth watering and waiting for the next glug. Enjoyed with homemade cheeseburgers and roasted broccoli.

Fresh banana and red berries plus some good funk :-)

Great. Bunches of dense cane fruit with musky tones.
Young and fun, try it chilled or room temp with surly salads and chicken dishes.
Summer drinking for sure
