Beautiful dark & mid red fruits with floral heaven. Both this wines are a yin & yang heaven with this dish.

Stupendous flavors built into this dish by Chef Hedy. Richness with great seasoning.

If you live in & around the greater Bay Area, you owe to yourself to attend one of the dinners Hedy holds 4-5 times a year. Not only is the food amongst the very best we had, the people that attend and environment are as equally good. Find Hedy @Plate&Bottle

This wine would have been great if the Brett. was in check...but unfortunately it dominated the aromatics and palate. Hopefully the 2016 is cleaned up...

Dark mineral driven fruit, with refined structure and tension, and inflections of rose on the finish. Sulfured.

Classic. Solid as solid as solid can get. Touch horsey. Juicy, sweet and deep. Fresh. Prickly heat.

Strawberries, dark raspberries, spice and red & pink roses on the nose. Dark raspberries, touch of dark cherry liqueur, red cola, strawberries, creamed raspberries, some blue notes, red & pink roses, violets, lanolin, grilled meat, light sweet spice, dark crumbled dry minerals, silky granite and round balanced finish with good acidity. Certainly, one of the better ML's I've had. Nice job Mathieu.

Delicious as always. Bright and fresh yet structured. I could drink this all day

This didn’t seem exactly corked, but our bottle seemed off in multiple ways, including a pronounced acidic funk on the initial nose. It could have been justan bad bottle. But it was a huge disappointment for us.

Always disappointed with this on day one but day two is a whole different story. So good. Need to remember to open this a day ahead.
