100% jaquerre bright lively with a little chalk background

Short 15 minute decant makes all the difference. A steal at $18. Wow. This was an Ian Cauble SommSelect selection and he once again nailed it. Perfect summer wine.

so happy with this one! what a perfect summer white wine. very understated, a balanced, softer lemon flavor, very chalky, a touch of salt, and just such a nice mouthfeel. really does taste like the cool mountain air (or maybe i have been staring at the label too much 😂). great rec from sommselect.

A very nice mountain white from Savoie. Really delicious with incredible acidity and a very nice salinity on the finish. Very precise.
