Nose is vinous (Chardonnay) very balanced with super fine bubbles. Creamy and slightly sweet (in a good way) cloying finish. Absolutely beautiful!75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay Bottled 4/2015, disgorged May 6, 2020. WHW

A wonderful surprise, this gift showed beautifully! Paired with a Brandade de Morue (salt cod) and a veal rib roast with truffle jus, the finish was that of a subtle, creamy brown butter that paired perfectly! Not too much yeast to overpower the veal, but instead left you wanting another bite and another sip of this understated champagne.

Visited the Domaine today, and received this bottle as a gift with our order. Sorry to see Anne is leaving next month, to be replaced by an equally friendly lady named Elodie. This domaine is on fire with many 2018 based releases. The Special Club and Noces de Craie are superb.
