Blanc de Blancs Brut 1er Cru Champagne Chardonnay

So creamy! Butterscotch. Meyer lemon. Surprised by how lush the blanc de blanc was. Easy to love!

Joy, soulful, lacy, and pretty. So fun to drink. Great escape from these awful Napa fires. Lot 534.

Crisp, slightly astringent, tree fruit with lemon curd. Toasted almond. Steel-cut oat. Smoke. Disgorgement July 18, 2011.

Glorious fruit trees in flower -blooming with scents of cranberries, marzipan and the wonder of feeling small -as if one might, if they chose, fit through spaces far too tiny than ever they could except wraps on a night like this. Truth be told: a lovely fragrance of caisson d'aix -inimitable almond, candied melon and orange peel. A mandarin sweetness that is not too sweet but instead beguiling...good grief this is stunning.

Not a big BdB fan but always a fan of Hebrart.

My favorite champagne producer! A beautiful nose of citrus peel, sourdough and wet stone. The palate shows intense flavors of toast, sourdough bread and biscuit followed by sweet ripe lemons. Minerality shines with bright well integrated acidity and a creamy texture. Beautiful.
