Feb 15th, 2020A nice European variant of SN, matured in large wood. Ripe lemons, some grass, a touch of grapes, lemon curd. The wood adds a bit of roundness, but the juicy acidity shines through, with a mineral streak in the long finish. An fine, elegant wine.

What a surprising wine! Earthy on the nose with hints of melon. We just had this with our first course of lobster and it was divine!
