One of the best Sauvignon ever tasted. Mineral but not exagerate, long in the mouth with lemon and jasmine notes.

Wow. Very rich and broad. Wine of the night!

A nice European variant of SN, matured in large wood. Ripe lemons, some grass, a touch of grapes, lemon curd. The wood adds a bit of roundness, but the juicy acidity shines through, with a mineral streak in the long finish. An fine, elegant wine.

Like all wines of Manicor, Alto Adige, Italy, have a good structure and balanced and very Fine.

I don't usually like Sauvignon blanc but this is so smooth and almost a vanilla like finish. Bravo

What a surprising wine! Earthy on the nose with hints of melon. We just had this with our first course of lobster and it was divine!
