Blend of Gamay and Monduese. Medium purple color. Aromas of raspberry and cranberry fruit along with hints of violets and menthol. Cranberry dominates the palate with notes of currants, baking spices and wet stones. Touch of green “steaminess.” Tongue tingling acidity (Carbonic Maceration?) and fairly light bodied. Best with food.
