served blind w the Rousseau it frankly held its own. Not as layered or thick but a super wine that on its own would happily grace any table. What a shock when unveiled.

1st time with this wine. Loved the book so bought the wine. Nice weight and length showing red fruits, dried herbs and spice. Everyone liked this.

Not bad, but lacking intensity and complexity with most of the interest generated from a not unpleasant stemminess and aromas strangely reminiscent of a Varsity chili dog.
