Green apple, slight almondy-earth note, green papaya, definitely has lees on it, lack of oak. Yellow slight hazy color. More acidity than it should have, maybe I was just craving it💦

Medium minus to pale lemon. Paper, lemongrass, basil, hay, chemical. Medium acidity, medium minus sugar, medium alcohol. So green I thought it'd be a Gruner.
