This wine has an apple and lime interplay, with matchstick, pencil, lemon oil and hazelnut scents forever. Gas lamp, briny yellow olive, lemon pith, lemon seed, white clay, clean smoke. Such an easy, deft and focused wine. Puts some pep in your step. #Bourgogne #bourgogneblanc #frenchwine #whiteburgundy #whitewine #burglove

2007 Maison Anbroise. A much over looked appellation, but a solid producer. I think I opened this at an ideal time. Still some crisp and fresh fruit with a rich, golden color.
