Nice gold and watery rim.
Pineapple on the nose along with orange zest, orange blossom, crushed oyster shells and steely minerality. There's a lot of acid driving this wine once you taste it, along with a good body and tart citrus flavors.

Very shy. Minor key. Citrus steely nose, typical chablis flavour profile with a slightly funky/mushroom character. Flinty. But not super zingy or grippy.

I love the screeching acidity of Chablis. Produced on the domains this has a good balance of fruit and acid. Chardonnay the way it should be.
