Very impressive. Clean, balanced herbaceousness, deep color without high alcohol or disjointed tannins. I can't say whether this is a great vineyard but it is certainly great winemaking from a vintage that tempted with ripeness. Plenty of aging runway left here. Can it last 15? I don't know but I'd sure like to see it at 10.

The usual Russian River flavor profile of loam & oak, but more mineral structure than is typical. Needed air for everything to come together, but not enough acid to recommend long cellaring.
