This is beautiful, unfortified Palomino from Pago Macharnudo in Jerez. Aged with flor in neutral barrel for a year. Citrus, pineapple, dried flowers, seashells, and chalk. Full bodied. Incredibly unique. Boquerones would be a perfect match. Luis Perez has crafted an awesome wine.

Needs just a tad more in the ice bucket. Golden yellow with tons of honeysuckle on the nose. Very good wine.

This wine benefits from aeration. The second day, the wine gives so much more! Apricots and wet chalk. Although the last night be my self fulfilling imagination. Long lasting.
