This is beautiful, unfortified Palomino from Pago Macharnudo in Jerez. Aged with flor in neutral barrel for a year. Citrus, pineapple, dried flowers, seashells, and chalk. Full bodied. Incredibly unique. Boquerones would be a perfect match. Luis Perez has crafted an awesome wine.

Honey, citrus.

In the nose: freshly broken parsley. And lemon. Super long after taste!
