Trying hard to drop the age statement, they pull off a decent 12 yo substitute. Nothing impressive, but that sherry cask comes out enough to feel like you're drinking a Macallan with each sip.

Caramel brittle on the nose, very light at first and explodes into a crescendo of subtle flavours -- vanilla and spice. Long and complicated finish. The taste just seems to grow infinitely after you've swallowed.
