Man this is great. Very plump and forward, but crunchy at the same time, which prevents it feeling cloying or dull. The fruit is so pure - peach, melon, citrus, and I love the savory, honeyed, nutty, yeasty kick on the finish. Needed something to pair with a bitter greens starter, and this worked great, with its viscous waxiness proving a nice counterpart to the vinaigrette.

Peaches, apple and a dense glycerine mouth-feel but also light and stony. Had at room temp and yet no evident flaws.

Sunflower seeds, gravel, and lime. Medium bodied- a touch waxy and a hint of jasmine. Should age well.
