Awesome nose of insane florals, minerals and just more florals. Like a Crabtree & Evelyn. Melon and citrus develop with air. Palate is at once crisp and linear but also opulent and exotic but it’s all precise and reigned in. Long mineral finish with structure to burn. Juicy and perfumed on the finish.

Wow I love this wine. Citrus like tangelo, ripe pink grapefruit, lavender. bath salts. A major crabtree and eveleyn vibe. So round and complex. Just a stunning nose. 9.6 aromas. Wow the vivid aromatic accuracy of citrus and flowers has to be smelled to be believed. Palate is concentrated, complex and so deep. Round and energetic with great purity and such stunning clarity. This is about as unique a wine as I’ve ever tasted. The florals on the palate are something else. Perfect balance. Just exquisite. Tiny berry fruit intensity and also a hint of honey! Wow!

Cider, citrus pith, orange peel, unripe apricot and some volatility on the nose. Nice texture on the palate with tannins suggesting gentle skin contact. Great acid and richness leading to a mineral, slightly buttery finish. A little wild and rustic.

I love this wine. Sick sick sick density on the palate. Honey. Hint of tropical fruit. Very hinty ... not obnoxious. Great acidity. So perfectly balanced. Mineral as heck. Such clean minerality. Awesome internal aromatics. Balanced richness. Perfect. This wine is the next big thing. Buy it now or weep. Fass Selections. .... simply electric on the palate. The minerality and acidity just light your palate up. Nose is floral after an hour or so. This is so young. Anyone reading this PLEASE do not gulp it. This is serious wine. Drink over two hours

Such a freak show. Just an insane wine. I’ll be in an asylum after a glass. The nose is like the best bath/body works you’ve ever smelled in your life. Tangerine blossoms. Tropical but not blowsy. Everything is mineral here. Even the tropical fruit. Citrus jelly and mint julep! White tea. This stuff is crazy. Hi end bubble bath now. Like “Mediterranean” flavor. If such a thing exists. (I googled it. It does). Palate is like a white hermitage. As good if not better than the 14. Excruciatingly awesome minerality, and dry, dry dry. Licking plywood dry. But long. But trust me it’s great plywood and you want the finish to be thing long as there’s really good citrus. Long. Just a superb showing. This has more to yield. It’s tannic as well. It’s the craziest Fiano ever. The harmony, finesse and white hermitage/white burg 1er cru quality push this to a 9.5. This is elite. Might get a 9.6 just for how to original this wine is. I’ll see how it opens.

So damn great. Again. Apricot, citrus, mineral, so aromatic, some lavender and salt. Fine salt tho. Every time you sniff a new aroma comes out. Stunning. Palate is also stunning. Complex and so juicy with serious almost tannins and such dazzling purity and freshness. Freakishly mineral on the palate with a hit of honey and such length. Astonishing length. My oh my. Such balance and energy. So precise. So close to a 9.5.

Keeps getting more interesting with each sip. Fresh apples for days with some floral character on the nose. Absolutely delicious.
