Deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, oak and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum with cacao, vanilla and earthy herb notes. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with juicy fruit, toasty oak and herb spice character. Nice, drinking well now!

Nice dark berry smell - blackberry? A little beeswax? Some slight smell of mild, sweet spice that I can’t pinpoint. Tastes good, definite blueberry. A little fruitier than I usually like, but in the best way. Not much in the way of tannin, medium weight and smooth. Tasty! Maybe a little overpriced to me @$22, but still good and enjoyable. EDIT: MILD LICORICE ON THE PALATE, THAT’S IT. THANK YOU TO THE OTHER REVIEWER WHO IDENTIFIED IT.
