Medium deep ruby , violet pink rim . Lovely dark cherry , raspberry , touch of smoke and olive . On the palate nice and spicy red and dark fruits , good acidity , quite fine but gritty tannin. Nicely fills out on the palate , with medium body. Good quite herbal , black pepper , mineral length . This is made in an elegant and refreshing style, complex and refined . Quite deep and richer fruit , blackberry , dark cherry , touch of bacon fat , fills out nicely on the palate. Raspy tannins , good acidity . Pretty good length. Balanced alcohol . Again needs more time , better in 5 years , will drink well for a further 5-10
