Viña de Martin Os Pasás Ribeiro White Blend

Intriguing white blend. better with some chill on it.

Mostly Triexadura. Some Lado, Albarino, Godello. Honeysuckle, acacia, dried apricot, honey, dried herbs on the nose. Wet stone, tart lemon, but still round and smooth on the palate. Long finish. Medium(-) acid.

Something very Burgundian with a distinct resiny bouquet of fresh wet pebbles and oyster shell.

Equal parts cream and acid.

Floral, honeysuckle, stone fruit, hits of tropical fruit, touch of oxidation. Long finish, med acid

Awesome white so we decided to continue with the magnum

Great dry acidity with a depth of citrus flavors and subtle floral notes. Quite delicious with oven roasted cod, bell peppers, garlic and capers. Better with food than as an aperitif.
