Capa y densidad media, en nariz frutas rojas, ciruela, monte bajo. En boca buena entrada, paso ágil y final agradable y largo.

2009. A blend of Caiño Redondo, Caiño Longo, Brancellao, and Ferrol according to my friend Chris. Lean, dark fruit with firm tannins and refreshing minerality. We had it with beef-stuffed bell peppers, but this vintage would've paired better with steak frites in retrospect.

From the 2010 vintage, aromatically rich showing blackberries, rasberries, floral notes, roasted meats, & spices. Silky mid bodied wine with black cherries, raspberries, an acidic midpalate with notes of licorice, dark chocolate and a long finish filled with chewy tannins, black pepper, and crushed stones.

Tiny hint of Bret. Smoke and smoked sausage. Baking spices and nutmeg . Cassis , earth, dusty notes, medium acidity , good amounts of fruit, some cherry cola , spice and pepper notes. 12.5% a perfect easy drinking wine.

A stunner, with raspberry compote complimented by waves of floral and herbal notes, citrus pith, and a velvety yet light mouthfeel. This is what Galicia is all about.

Atlantic wine by Luis Rodríguez. Fresh and aromatic blend of indigenous varieties Brancellao, Ferrol, Caiño Longo and Caiño from multiple terraced micro-vineyards on the steep, granitic hillsides of Arnoia, Ourense. Juicy red fruit. Some spicy, peppery notes. Chalk. Perfect pairing with octopus
