Wow. Spanish white burg. structured, tight, linear, racy and focused. Honeyed orchard fruits - fig, nectarine, plus marzipan, some yeasty character, big time slate finish - quite cleansing. Firm and broad, rigid, energetic, bracing. Needs more time. Serious wine. Real personality, this is a wine that has a story to tell.

Teixadura, godello, and Albariño blend. Terrific. Pick the most predominant trait from each varietal and put it in a bottle. Terrific!

Super illuminating, vibrant and refreshing, tons of minerality and laser focus.

Wonderful. New experience. Treixadura, indigenous variety. Full and bright at the same time. Spicy, concrete-mineral. Riesling notes. Broad. Perfect for the food at Bestia.

Notes of pear, apple, buttery golden wine. Paired very well with both chorizo and mussels.
