It’s taken 4 hours but is open now and really good. Bright red fruit, cedar, leather, tobacco, with drying tannins and good acidity. Really excellent.

Needed time - around 4-5 hours. Afterwards it really started to soften and display some delicate fruit accompanied by some soft tones of vanilla bean amongst other qualities. A lovely partner in contemplation.
