Richer and more flavorful than the typical Rose, brought forward by the Nebbiolo grapes, strawberry accents, long finish. Paired well with creamy green salad and vegetables as well as with a simple seared sea bass.

Primarily Nebbiolo with small amounts of Barbera (10%) and Dolcetto (5%) blended in. Medium pink color. Aromas of white flowers, rose petals and raspberry. The bold palate notes red berries, pomegranate and cherry with a hint of saline on the finish. Nicely balanced and an easy drink. Very food friendly. Bright, crisp and fresh. Another great way to enjoy the Nebbiolo grape.
