
Not bad. On the nose: oak toast, wild strawberry, coconut, some spice. Definitely oak dominant. On the palate, good acidity, a touch of woody bitterness, artificial strawberry, coconut, and attenuated tannin on the finish. The oak seems like it is taking over a bit.

2016/2/29 Humble Bourgogne but super yummy with food, my winter Chinese spare ribs noodles with shiitake, gobo root, lotus root. Although after dinner, the wood become too dominant
