2013 vintage on 9/15. Ian Cauble recommended decanting for 2 hours and he was spot on. Terrific minerality. Grapefruit and lime blossoms.

I do not like Sauvignon blanc. I mean I REALLY can't drink the stuff. This is an exception. Delightfully acidic and minerally. Loved it.
