This may be the most complex of all the Aviet Trousseau’s. Shows hints of Piedmont and Southern Rhone in herb and spice notes.

Yes! Bright cherry with a little bit of mushroom character and lots of minerality. Love this.

Great Arbois, 100% Trousseau. Lovely, translucent red color. Clean, precise. A bit of alcohol on the nose, but not as present on the palate. 13.5% ABV. Great cherry fruit on the palate. Decent acidity. Perfect red wine for breakfast: omelette with green, red and yellow peppers, sweet Italian sausage, and a side of slab cut bacon.
