Tried new batch. Lucien Albrecht pioneered Crémant production in 1971 and helped gain an Appellation Contrôlêe for the wine and for Alsace. Pale lemon color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh stone fruit with biscuit scents. On the palate ripe apple, citrus and peachy flavors with nice mineral tones, dry with vivid acidity. Lingering finish with good balance ending with fruit, slight mineral and yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative! Consistent quality.

On the palate ripe apple and lemon flavors with fine mousse and gentle bubble flow. Tangy finish ending with yeasty citrus character. Nice value.

Bright and fresh. Granny Smith Apple, great acid, a hint of yeast and white peach on the finish. Great with sushi!

A lovely straw colored cremant with tight bubbles, and a playful nose. Green apples, newly bloomed white flowers, and a touch of nuttiness. Very delicate yet crisp on the palate, bright acidity, and a great phenolic bitterness flavor on the back of the palate from the Blanc/Gris. A wonderful sparkling.

Pale with creamy bubbles, good balance, and light minerality. Peach, grapefruit, and just a touch of yeast. Lighter than some champagne but really nice.
