Third bottle from the case and all have tasted different. #bottlevariation this one is all golden raisin dried apricot and figgy noted. What's going on @marcdigrazia ?

Hints of truffle, leather, and a touch of spice. So delicious.

One of the greatest Sandrone’s I ever drank! Bought on the 27th of September in 2007 @€57,95! Those were the days! 🤪

Slow ox’d for about 3 hours. Dark brickening red. Candied and stewed black fruit at first. Develops nicely with time to expess dried rose, dried strawberry, dark cherry and earthy notes. On the palate it is full bodied, good acidity and texturaly pleasing - showing lingering finish with tannins that are still present but well integrated.

Modern in style but with perfect execution. Not so much a traditionalist to turn this down. Love to serve next to Rinaldi and let the Burgundy Girls decide for themselves.

Phenomenal - just amazing complexity on the nose and awesome transition to the palate with a great mouthfeel and fruit balanced by secondary flavors and soft enough tannins to provide a heck of a lot structure!
