Nature'S Riesling

First taste seems a little off/different but when you realize it is from Alsace it makes sense. Lot more earthy tones on the nose. Higher acidity. Green apple and unripened peaches on the nose. Light body, apple, lemon zest, and hints of vanilla on the finish. Tannins roll off the palate nicely. Would be perfect with fish, Chinese/Indian food.

Lighter bodied. Good acidity. Easy drinking w/some grilled fish.

Hints of petrol and peach. Beautiful nose and great weight on the palate.
