Jul 26th, 2024Pale green-tinged lemon with crisp, mineral-laced nose with loads of lemon curd and pastry on the palate. It's showing its coming maturity with a hint of almond extract on the finish and a bit of hazelnut, the quality of well-aged chardonnay. It really shows its no-dosage character - bone dry, it begs for food. Oysters, anyone?

Sep 7th, 2019Precise, slender, avant-garde. Balance is king! Freshly cut apple skin, bony pear and stone fruit kernels. Goes from woody to steely and back again. Then a deep vinosity kicks in and leaves a soily-spicey linger. Most refined Brut Nature! Masters at work! Paired w/beef gulash.
