Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon

As a house Cabernet. This packs a big punch. A true crowd pleaser made very very well.

Blackcurrants, a little red fruit and a little green vegetable. Slightly sour. Softer tannin. #westlondonwineschool #capstone

Solid wine for the price. Dry and jammy. A little tart.

Nice jammy feel while in mouth and leaves mouth with a dry after taste. Vibe it for dinner, steak, fries, etc. and evening chill.

Quaffable but not P&B

Day two of SCUBA class. Well deserved. Or at least needed.
Read prior vintage reviews and this year is not as dry or peppery.

nice in nose & taste
light like a pinot

A real fruit bomb! Pronounced jammy red and black fruit (especially plums) aromas and flavors. Notes of baking spices and chocolate. Kind of sweet and syrupy. Oak chips? Tannins are soft. Not my style.

Inexpensive crowd pleaser. Big fruit, hints of chocolate. Low tanin.
