Served ice cold unfortunately, then opened into gorgeous vanilla and toast...apple and peach , slightly bruised, med plus acid and hint of butterscotch...paired with fish tacos and pork egg rolls...

2005. Balanced, driven and gorgeous. Lovely weight. Caught at the right time. With truffled eggs. Delicious

2007 and it's jumping out of the glass with fruit, acidity, balance, joy. Probably drinking like this through 2017.

Mild yellow color. Soft nose of fruit - lemon ripe banana with palate of lemon hint of vanilla with mod acidity and mild mineral. A very good burgundy

Delicious. Nice mix of quality and Montrachet.

First wine of the day for Dads 75th! Starting easy with a cool white Burg on a hot Norfolk day. Full and round, yet with a very acidic streak that totally balances it out. Unmistakable as the Montrachet area.

Lemon. And then some more lemon, with melon, white florals, hint of toasty oak, lots of acidity, but very smooth. Might be better if it mellows with age.
