En Paradis Pouilly-Vinzelles Chardonnay

This wine was all about the lemons especially Meyer lemon.

Lemon, lime, apple, white flowers, minerals, lightly toasted oak and vanilla. Paired with roast chicken and mushroom goat cheese risotto.

Nose: butter, oak, grass, yellow apple, overripe pear. Palate: slightly underripe yellow apple, yellow pear, grass, oak.

Clean.

Lemon zest. Gravelly tad of lychee and tropical fruit. Light palate good acidic balance

Feels over the hill, amber color.

Light but flavorful. Paired well with tuna.

Lovely crisp, balanced white burgundy. Great with French cheese and sausage
