Classic Red Burgundy! Aromas of wild red fruit, forest floor, wet stones and light oak. Flavors of dried red cherries and strawberries, black licorice, baking spices and a slight herbal/vegetal note. A bit of mineral on the long and lingering finish. Well balanced acidity and noticeable (but silky) tannins. Beautiful structure and depth. So elegant and fresh tasting. Appreciate this bottle, Kase!
