Saint-Aubin Chardonnay

When I want a 15 year old Chardonnay this is what I want.

Medium gold in color; butter, vanilla, and maybe apple in the nose; medium acidity; tastes like starfruit, honeysuckle, and saline with a long finish. A very good old world chardonnay. Paired wellwith buttered popcorn. Bri and Nellie said it was ok. I love it.

Much to young, no balance.

2015: muted nose with rich buttery notes and light white fruit/white flowers. Voluptuous on palate but retains a balance between sumptuous buttery and white fruit flavor with a enough acidity to keep it a little linear. Long lush finish. Surprisingly good!

Classic Chardonnay - excellent

Clear. Golden straw yellow. Vanilla, tropical fruits, butter, citrus and nutts/oak. Dry. Long finish.

抜栓と同時に柑橘の香りがフワッと立ち上がる。樽をどうしているのかは分からないが、蒸し樽を使ったムルソーのような丸みも多少感じさせる。しかしムルソーよりはずっと軽やかで、軽快な酸味がある。
