From the northern end of Nuits-Saint-Georges near Vosne Romanée. Aromas of blue fruits, tea and spice. On the palate plum and cherry flavors, some pepper spice wrapped in generous acidity. Drying tight tannins, medium length ending with an earthy character. A nice wine but expected a bit more for the price.

Wild strawberry, red cherry scents float off the brilliant red surface of this wine. Similar favors combined with a touch of anise are framed by salivating acidity and contrasting, modest tannins. This is quite good and while opened too early, a wine that will surely deliver loads of berry fruit years to come.
