Tightly wound but after two hours in decanter starting to show some of its bound aromatic awesomeness. This combined with the veal stock on the stove are making for some ridiculous nostril gymnastics. I'll wait another ten years for my other bottle...oh wait, I don't have one. Fuck.

Dark garnet hue. Aromas and flavors of cherry, licorice, raspberry, rose petal, tar, and vanilla. Medium body with medium tannins and high acidity. Length finish, yet soft and rounded. Beautiful on the nose.

2007.аромат: богатый, сложный:подлесок, немного вяленого мяса, пряности, специи, сушеные грибы,даже солоноватая нота.фруктовость отходит на второй план и скорее представлена черными ягодами.
Во рту: хороший баланс, легкое вино, тяготеющее к среднетелому. Умеренная ближе к высокой кислотность, шелковистые танины. Во вкусе: красные ягоды, сухие цветы,пряности, вкус весьма деликатный.
