Showing well after a brooding start. Dark fruit and wound up tight to start. Was much more friendly after 30mins or so into the meal. Very enjoyable with lots of structure. If I had another bottle I would wait another 5yrs to revisit. Paired well with our 1.2kg L-Bone.

Earthy on the nose, mushrooms. Cooked cherry on the palate along with sour cherry notes. Medium minus tannins... Long finish.
