Creamy pineapple core, fine mineral notes, satisfying.

We're making Bolognese sauce today, needed some white wine, some for the cook, some for the sauce and some more for the cook. This is our new (blanc) cooking wine for the house, great price at ~$15.

Domestic chores day, so just now getting to the relaxing part of the afternoon, finally.

Sweet Chardonnay fruits, yummy oak influence but not overdone, revealing itself further as the wine warms in the glass.

Enjoying ourselves on the patio this afternoon, watching our (2) female and (1) male Ruby-throated Hummingbirds pick over our excessively overgrown patch of Bee Balm.
