A rare 50/50 blend from Languedoc, light yellow color with slight green hues, aromas of citrus, white fruits and rose hips. On the palate flavors of grapefruit, apple and apricot with notes of floral. Lively acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and mineral character.

Drinking with Kay, Mom, Dad, and Emily in France. This is from our picnic day, Kay picked it up across the street from where we are eating where they are bottling it right now! Super fresh. Color is medium yellow. Nose is honeysuckle and pear. Taste is beautiful but now I just ate some spicy olive oil lol. It seems very nice though. Would drink again! No idea the cost.
