On the palate ripe berry and cherry fruit come forth with underlying sweetness, but on the dryer side. The finish has plenty of acidity, good balance and structure ending with fruit flavors about medium in length. Excellent value.

A "méthode traditionelle" blend of Aligoté, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir from Nuit-St.-Georges in Burgundy. Aromas and flavors of apple, butter, lemon zest, pear, strawberry, and toast. A wonderful display of bubbles. A dry, tart, and clean palate with hints of bread, cream, and minerals on the finish. Medium body; medium toasting; and medium fizziness. A well-made crémant and a quality sparkling wine from France.

Nice crémant. For 120kr it's one of the best values in white wines at System Bolaget. Apéritif, dessert or seafood.
