Very Champagne like! Pinot Noir Blend from Burgundy! Light golden color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh fruit with floral scents. On the palate red berry and cherry flavors with nice underlying sweetness. Dryer than most Cremants I tasted. Lingering finish with lively acidity, good balance ending with fruit and slight yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative.
