Lovely expression of #albarino from #carneros - This is best with a solid chill - 12°C or so. Tart citrus aromas, lemon oil, nice acidity on the palate with a pleasantly bitter grapefruit rind bitterness on the finish. Quite a nice pairing with moderately spiced Thai food if you don’t want to go with conventional wisdom of Riesling.
