Farmstead Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Cherry cola, rainier cherry, bell pepper on nose / beautiful dark chocolate, almost bitter, on the palate alongside black cherry, cinnamon. Tannins are defined and the alcohol restrained. Medium+ body but has some force—a direct personality.

9/2020. A good medium bodied cab. Paired well with the pork loin at Mr. Friendly’s.

This is surprisingly in it's prime drinking window now! Absolutely balanced plummy fruit, medium long finish, a smooth drinking cabernet sauvignon with subtle toast & tobacco notes!! Kudos to the winemaker for making this!

1/2020. Good but my palate was spoiled by a cold. Will try again and rate.

11/19. Not a big cab. Drinks well.
