Nice little surprise when we got home. Dark ruby with garnet edges. Some greenery, red berries and a little bit of marmite on the nose. Attack of red cherries on the palate, definitely seems to be French in style with a dry finish. Beautiful moderate tannins (6/10) literally melted in our mouths. Full bodied with a great backbone and structure. Super long finish that seemed like it would not disappear. Drink till 2030.

Brooding monster the 2010, a first for me from Lokoya. Needed 2 hours to really express itself in my glass. Bold and rich with big fleshy tannins. Must try more! Thanks Larry. Chophouse group Monday

Decanted twice, sat for two hours and still closed down. Another hour in the glass and it started to kinda sorta maybe open. Will be stunning in another 5 years +.

We had the 2010 Vintage on 7/5/19. Simply and excellent California Cab. Tastes of blackberry, blueberry, cassis and mocha. Smooth finish to this full bodied wine.
