Pale golden hue. Honeysuckle, ripe white peach, guava, lavender honey, and slate notes; moderate acidity. Dry and aromatic Riesling from Austria 🇦🇹 that pairs well with this rice noodle salad, with a Mirin-based dressing, seasoned with peanuts, ginger, red pepper, green onion, and cilantro. Vintage 2014. ABV 11.5%.
